Groups, Locations, and Users
Radiate access is based on Group/Location/User associations, which determine which campaigns and audiences a User may access.
Groups
Groups are defined as a grouping of locations or a larger division or region that may have subdivisions within it. For example, for a franchise business, the franchise owner or operator will be defined as the Group.
Administrators can manage Groups:
Locations
Locations are defined as the individual units within a Group. These can be actual locations or any other subdivision managed by a larger Group. Each Location is tied to a Group, and there can be one or many Locations tied to each Group within Radiate.
Administrators can manage Locations:
Users
Users are tied at the Group-level, which means each User has access to the assets and audiences for all the Locations under the Group they belong to.
Administrators can manage Users:
IMPORTANT: This means that all Users tied to a particular Group will be able to see and edit the campaigns for any Locations within the Group. If any User(s) should only be editing and sending campaigns to specific Locations, the proper standard operating procedures must be put in place by Administrators to educate Users on proper campaign management and Location selection.
