Adding Users
Users are managed by Administrators through the Radiate application. Users are not synced with an external database, so any changes to Users must be managed separately in Radiate.
This feature is available for users with the Administrator role.
To add a new User:
- Click on the User Options menu in the top right of the Radiate screen and select Manage Users from the dropdown menu.

- From the User Administration screen, click on the Add a New User button.

- The Add User popup window will open.

- In the Add User popup window, enter the User's First Name and Last Name.
- Enter the User's Email address.
- Select the Group the User is associated with. This will determine which locations and campaigns the User has access to.
- On the right side, you can also specify whether the user has access to all locations in the Group or only selected locations.
- Select the Role for the User:
- View Only:
- Can only view campaigns created for the Group the User is associated with
- Campaign Manager:
- Can create, edit, and launch campaigns for the Group the User is associated with
- Can view performance if the Performance module is enabled for the account
- Multi Group Campaign Manager:
- Can create, edit, and launch campaigns for all Groups the user is associated with
- Can approve campaigns for all Groups the user is associated with
- Can view performance if the Performance module is enabled for the account
- Administrator:
- Can create, edit, and launch campaigns for all Groups
- Can manage Images, Templates, Groups, and Locations
- Can manage Users
- Can approve campaigns for all Groups
- Can view Usage Reports
- Can view performance if the Performance module is enabled for the account
- Schedule Manager:
- Only available for accounts that have the Marketing Schedule module enabled
- Can be stacked on top of any other role
- Can add corporate marketing campaigns to the calendar
- Calendar Viewer:
- Only available for accounts that have the Marketing Schedule module enabled
- Can only view the Calendar tab
- Will only see the corporate marketing campaigns in the calendar
- View Only:
- Designate whether the User should be Active or Disabled.
- Click the blue Save Changes button.
