Editing Campaigns Step 5

This is Step 5 of the Editing Campaigns series.

On the Scheduling step, use the calendar to select the date and time you would like your email to be sent.

If your account requires Corporate approval before a campaign is sent, we recommend selecting a date and time at least 48 hours after you submit the campaign for approval.

Scheduling

To choose a date and time:

  1. Click inside the box under Launch Date and Time
  2. Select the time to send your campaign.
    1. Note that the launch time is based on your local time zone. For example, if you select 8:00 am and you are logging in from a state in the Central time zone, the campaign will be scheduled to launch at 8:00 am CT.
  3. To choose the date of your send, click on the desired date.
    1. Use the arrow to the right of the month/year to see future months.
    2. Note: If your corporate marketing team has Blackout Dates selected, those days will be greyed out on the calendar and unavailable for selection.
  4. Once you have selected a time and day, click Apply.
