Pick a Launch Date
Editing Campaigns Step 5
This is Step 5 of the Editing Campaigns series.
- For the previous step, go to Audience Selection.
- For the next step, go to Send a Proof.
On the Scheduling step, use the calendar to select the date and time you would like your email to be sent.
If your account requires Corporate approval before a campaign is sent, we recommend selecting a date and time at least 48 hours after you submit the campaign for approval.

To choose a date and time:
- Click inside the box under Launch Date and Time
- Select the time to send your campaign.
- Note that the launch time is based on your local time zone. For example, if you select 8:00 am and you are logging in from a state in the Central time zone, the campaign will be scheduled to launch at 8:00 am CT.
- To choose the date of your send, click on the desired date.
- Use the arrow to the right of the month/year to see future months.
- Note: If your corporate marketing team has Blackout Dates selected, those days will be greyed out on the calendar and unavailable for selection.
- Once you have selected a time and day, click Apply.
