Uploading Custom Images
Some accounts and templates include custom image modules that allow you to upload your own images directly into a campaign. These modules make it easy to personalize your campaigns further or highlight content specific to your location.
If custom image modules are not enabled for your account, please reach out to your corporate marketing team to see if this is a feature that can be added.

Troubleshooting
If the image does not appear immediately, it may still be processing in your brand's digital asset manager. This can cause a short delay before you see the image in the preview. If this happens, you can continue editing other campaign content while you wait for the image to process. If you still don't see the preview, save the campaign and check back in a couple of minutes.
If your image is not in the correct orientation, make sure the image is saved to your desktop in the correct orientation. You can do this by opening the image from your file browser. From the image preview, select the option to rotate your image and save. Then, upload the image to Radiate.
