Usage Report
Administrators and Approvers can easily view how many campaigns are being created and sent by Users.
Note: Approvers can only see data for the Groups and Locations assigned to them.
This feature is available for users with the Administrator or Approver role.

View Usage Report
Click on the Dashboard tab in the main menu at the top of the page.
Click on Usage by Group from the dropdown.
This will open the Usage Report by Owner Group screen.
Usage Report Timeframe Filter
You may use the filter to select the timeframe of data you wish to view.
- Last 7, 30, 60, or 90 days
- Year-to-Date (e.g. January 1st of this year to today)
- Last 12 months (e.g. October 15th of last year to October 14th of this year)
- All Time
- Custom
Usage Report Data
You will see the following for each Group for the selected timeframe:

| Campaigns | Total number of campaigns created |
| Launches | Total number of campaigns that have a campaign status of Complete |
| Not Deployed | Total number of campaigns that have a campaign status of Submitted, Changes Needed, Unscheduled, or On Hold, but the current date is past the launch date and time |
| Upcoming | Total number of campaigns that have not been scheduled or deployed |
| Scheduled | Total number of campaigns that have a campaign status of Scheduled |
| Last Launch | The most recent sent date campaigns with a status of Complete |
| Next Launch | The launch date for the next campaign with a status of Scheduled |
| Audience Reach | The total recipient count for all campaigns with a status of Complete |
| Stores/Campaign | Average number of stores per campaign |
| Reach/Store | Average audience size per campaign |
| Completion Rate | Percentage of campaigns that have been scheduled or sent |
| Last Login | The last time that a User associated with the Group logged in to Radiate, regardless of the timeframe selected |
Click on a column header to sort the list by the selected column.
Double-click on a row to open a popup window with detailed usage for a specific Group, including location and user-level usage. The timeframe for the pop-up is determined by the timeframe selected for the usage report.
Export Usage Report Data
Click the blue Export button in the top right corner of the screen to download a file with usage reporting by owner group data.
