View and Export User Activity

Administrators can view and export detailed user activity.

This feature is available for users with the Administrator role.

Click on the Dashboard tab in the main menu at the top of the page.

Dashboard - User Engagement

In the User Engagement donut chart, click on a user engagement segment to open a detailed user list with campaign counts.

Segments include Highly Engaged, Medium Engaged, Low Engaged, and No Activity.

Click Export Users to download a CSV file for each user engagement segment.
