Campaign Overview

Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Campaigns page. You can also get to this page by clicking the Campaigns tab in the main menu at the top of the page.

On this page, you will see all current and past email campaigns for your group.

Campaign Overview

The campaign list can by clicking the Sort button.

Launch / Status

The day and time that the email was sent or will be sent.


What stage your campaign is in:

    • Not Proofed: Created or edited, but has not been proofed
    • Not Submitted: A proof has been sent, but the campaign has not submitted for approval
    • Submitted: Campaign has been proofed and submitted for approval (Approvers will see a status of Unapproved for any campaigns in the Submitted stage)
    • Changes Needed: Approver declined the campaign and requested edits
    • Scheduled: Approved and scheduled
    • Unscheduled: Approved, scheduled, then unscheduled by the campaign creator
    • On Hold: Approved, then unscheduled by the Approver (not the campaign creator)
    • Not Deployed: The scheduled launch date and time have passed and the campaign has not gone through any or all of the steps required to be scheduled
    • Complete: Launched
Campaign / Subject

The name you give to your email. You will want to make sure this is specific to each campaign, so you can easily distinguish the difference between all your campaigns when looking at this page.


The subject line you selected for your email.

Template The email format chosen for a specific campaign.
Recipients How many records the campaign was sent to or will be sent to.

Additional columns on the Campaigns home page include:

Locations

How many locations and in how many states the email was sent to or will be sent to.

Hovering over the blue icon in this section will provide a list of all location numbers and locations by state.

An orange icon will appear if any of the locations in the campaign are no longer available or have been moved to a different group.

Filters Attributes records must possess to receive the email; the audience criteria. This is an optional column that is only enabled if your account supports additional filters.
