AI: Generate Subject Line Variations
The AI Generate Subject Line Variations feature helps users quickly create multiple subject line options for a campaign. Users can refine an existing subject line or generate options from scratch.
Admins can specify brand rules to ensure suggestions align with brand guidelines.
Contact your Sageflo Account Manager to enable AI features for your brand, including Generate Subject Line Variations. As an Admin, you have control over which features to turn on, which roles have access, and customizable brand settings.
The first step of creating or editing a campaign is the Campaign Details screen.
Under Subject Line, click on the blue AI Assistant button.
The Subject Line AI Assistant will open on the right.
If you have an existing subject line, you can select Improve to use it as a starting point.
There is also an option to Generate New Options from scratch. If you'd like to enable this additional setting for subject lines contact your Sageflo Account Manager.
Select the tone you would like to use. Tone options can be customized to your brand.
Click the Generate Subject Line Variations button and review the generated subject line variations.
If you see one you would like to use, select it and click the green Use Selected Option button. This will populate the Subject Line box with the option.

If you would like to see more variations, click the Refine button to:
- Generate New Options (If this additional setting is enabled for your account.)
- Refine Using Selected Options
- Change Conversational Tone
