This feature is available for users with the Administrator role.

Edit Account-Wide Frequency Rules
  • Daily Settings: Indicate the days of the week users can schedule campaigns.
    • Allow All Days: Users will be able to schedule campaigns on all days of the week.
    • Limit to Specific Days: Users will only be able to schedule campaigns for the selected days of the week.
      • For example, if you'd like to exclude Mondays as launch dates, you'd deselect Monday.
  • Weekly Limits per Location: Cap the number of emails a user can schedule per week.
    • This is at the store level so owners can create more than the capped number as long as it's to different stores.
  • Monthly Limits per Location: Cap the number of emails a user can schedule per month.
      • This is at the store level so owners can create more than the capped number as long as it's to different stores.

What Users Will See

Users will receive warnings when the created campaigns start approaching the specified limits and will be prevented from scheduling if they have reached the limit. See an example below.

What Users See - Approaching Sending Limits

All locations that are approaching the sending limit will appear in red.

From the warning window, they can edit the launch date or the stores selected for the conflicting campaigns. Users can only edit the launch date and/or store selections for the campaigns they've created.

Overriding Frequency Rules for a Specific Campaign

Multigroup Campaign Managers and Administrators can override frequency limits for campaigns if any emergency campaigns need to go out by using the Disable Frequency Limits toggle on the Scheduling step.
