Working with Marketing Schedules
Administrators can use the Marketing Schedule to enter corporate marketing campaigns into the Radiate Calendar.
This feature is available for users with the Administrator role and for accounts with the Marketing Schedule module enabled.

View Campaign Details
In the list, view Launch Date, Status, Campaign Name, Campaign Info (including Channel and Tags), and Campaign Description.
Click on a campaign to show Stages or Comments to the right.

Double-click on a campaign to open the Marketing Campaign Details page. Here you can make edits to the selected campaign.
Please note that if you change the Workflow, the entire Workflow will be reset.
On this page, you can also Archive Campaign or Put Campaign on Hold.

More Actions
Click on the three vertical dots icon on the far right of the row to access more actions.
- Select Campaign Details to be brought to the Marketing Campaign Details page.
- Select Archive Campaign for campaigns that are no longer launching, but there is a need to retain the campaign details in Radiate. The campaign will not show on the Calendar.
- Select Put Campaign on Hold for campaigns that are on hold due to reasons such as a delayed campaign launch or incomplete campaign details. The campaign will not show on the Calendar.
- Select Delete Campaign to delete the selected campaign. Once deleted, you cannot recover the campaign details.

Stages and Steps
On the right side of the page, in the Stages tab, you will see the Stages and Steps for the selected campaign. These are based on the assigned Workflow.

Mark Step as Completed
You can use the checkboxes next to each Step to keep track of your progress. Check the box to mark the step as complete. Uncheck the box to note the step is no longer complete.
Once the date of the last Step has passed, the Campaign will show the Completed status. You do not need to check off all of the Steps for the Campaign to move to Completed.
Assign Users
Click on the person icon to assign a team member to a Step. Users with the Schedule Manager role can be assigned to a Step.
Assigned Users will not receive notifications.
Change Estimated Completion Date
If schedules change, you can easily update due dates when they meed to move up or slide to a later date.
Click on the blue date and time next to a Step to open the calendar popup. Here, you can change the due date and time for the chosen Step.
Making changes to the dates/time of a step will not impact the steps before or after.
Comments
On the right side of the page, click on the Comments tab. Here Users can comment on the selected campaign.
