View Frequency Limits
This feature is available only if Frequency Limits are applied to your account.
Click the User Options menu in the upper right corner of the page, and select Profile & Settings.
Under User Settings, click on the Frequency Limits tab. Here you can view the number of campaigns you can send per month.
