Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you are having trouble logging in, follow these steps based on the error message you see.
"A user with this email address does not exist"
If you see the error message "A user with this email address does not exist", this means there is no account associated with the email address you entered.
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address.
- If you still cannot log in, contact your administrator to confirm your account details or request a user account.
Redirected to your corporate log-in
If you are redirected to your corporate login page and cannot proceed:
- Ensure you're using the correct corporate login.
- Check the spelling of your email address.
- If you use multiple corporate log-ins for different systems, make sure to log out of your corporate network and try logging back into Radiate using the email address you were provided with for Radiate.
- Take a screenshot of the error message and send it to your corporate IT department or network support.
If you still cannot log in, contact your administrator or Sageflo support for further assistance.
